Thematraining 22/4 : “Je tegenstander gek maken met zachte ballen”
Herken je dat: je speelt tegen een tegenstander die niet zo heel hard slaat, technisch misschien ook niet zo goed is en toch verlies je dik. De frustratie komt uit je oren! In deze training gaan we kijken hoe dit type speler dat doet en wat je zelf kan doen om tegen sommige tegenstanders iets meer zo te worden zodat je wel die winst pakt! Schrijf snel in, want er zijn maar 12 plekken op 22 april.

Thematraining 27/5: “Domineren vanaf de baseline”
Het betekent dat een speler vanuit deze positie het initiatief neemt, door krachtige, consistente slagen te maken en het tempo van de rally te dicteren. De speler gebruikt zijn of haar kracht en precisie om de tegenstander onder druk te zetten, de hoeken van het veld te benutten en fouten van de tegenstander af te dwingen. Het idee is om de controle over de wedstrijd te behouden door vanaf de baseline te blijven aanvallen en het spel te sturen.

Thematraining 24/6: “mentaal”
Misschien speel je 'punt voor punt' of zie je de hele wedstrijd in 1 keer voor je. Toch zijn sommige punten belangrijker dan anderen voor het verloop van de wedstrijd. Wat doe je op die momenten? In deze clinic gaan we werken aan mentale aspecten op belangrijke momenten.

Voor alle trainingen geldt dat er ter plekke betaald wordt. En bij slecht weer gaat het helaas niet door. Vooralsnog is het van 18.00-21.00 maar kan bij veel animo evt uitgebreid worden naar 22.00 uur.
Theme training April 22nd: “Making your opponent crazy with soft balls”
Do you recognize this: you play against an opponent who doesn’t hit very hard, maybe isn’t that good technically either and yet you lose big. The frustration comes out of your ears! In this training we will look at how this type of player does that and what you can do yourself to become a bit more like that against some opponents so that you do get that win! Register quickly, because there are only 12 places on April 22nd.

Theme training 27/5: “Dominating from the baseline”
It means that a player takes the initiative from this position, by making powerful, consistent strokes and dictating the pace of the rally. The player uses his or her strength and precision to put the opponent under pressure, exploit the corners of the field and force mistakes from the opponent. The idea is to keep control of the game by continuing to attack from the baseline and directing the game.

Theme training 24/6: “mental”
You may play 'point by point' or you may see the entire game in front of you at once. However, some points are more important than others for the course of the game. What do you do at those moments? In this clinic we will work on mental aspects at important moments.

For all trainings payment is made on the spot. And in case of bad weather it will unfortunately be canceled. For now it is between 18:00-21:00 but depending on interest it may be extended to 22:00.
