Aantal onderdelen: Je kunt je voor maximaal 2 onderdelen inschrijven. Partner wanted is mogelijk.

Categorieën/Speelsterktes: inschrijving kan in alle speelsterktes van Open tot D. De wedstrijdleiding behoudt zich het recht voor bij te weinig deelnemers categorieën samen te voegen; we streven ernaar dit zo weinig mogelijk te doen.

Verhinderingen: je kunt maximaal 2 avonden van maandag t/m vrijdag aangeven waarop je niet kunt spelen. In het weekend worden geen verhinderingen geaccepteerd.

Bij alle categorieën wordt in principe in poules gespeeld zodat, dus je speelt minimaal 2 wedstrijden per categorie. Er wordt in alle categorieën een finale gespeeld, ook in categorieën waar maar één poule was.

Wedstrijdvorm: De finales worden gespeeld op zondag en eventueel zaterdag. De finalewedstrijden worden gespeeld als "normale" wedstrijden van best of 3 sets, met een volledige derde set, zowel in de enkel, de dubbel als de mix. Alle andere wedstrijden (poulewedstrijden, halve finales) worden gespeeld als volgt: de wedstrijden starten op het hele uur en duren een uur (maximaal 5 minuten inspeeltijd). Op het hele uur klinkt een belsignaal. Het aantal gewonnen games bepaalt de uitslag van de wedstrijd. Een game die bij het belsignaal niet afgemaakt is, telt niet mee. De winst in de poules wordt in de volgende volgorde bepaald: (i) meeste punten (2 punten voor winst, 1 voor een gelijk spel, 0 voor een verlies); (ii) meeste gewonnen games; (iii) onderling resultaat; (iv) extra te spelen supertiebreak.

Bij regen wordt er (deels) binnen gespeeld, met een aangepast programma en eventueel aangepaste regels (ter bepaling door de referees), zoals ingekorte wedstrijden en/of beslissend punt bij deuce.

Kosten van deelname (1 of 2 onderdelen): voor leden €12,50, oud-leden of special friends €17,50. Betaling gaat voor leden via automatisch incasso; oud-leden en special friends maken het bedrag van €17,50 voor deelname zelf over op de rekening van Smashing Pink, NL17INGB0007013396. Indien het bedrag op 7 augustus 2023 om 12.00u niet op de rekening van Smashing Pink is bijgeschreven, vervalt de deelname.

In alle gevallen waarin het reglement niet voorziet, bepalen de referees (Jelly en Sytze).

Number of categories: You can register for a maximum of 2 categories. Partner wanted is possible.

Categories/levels of play: all levels from Open to D can be registered. The tournament referees reserve the right to merge categories in case of too few participants; we will try to do this as little as possible.

Cancellation: you can indicate a maximum of 2 evenings from Monday to Friday on which you cannot play. No cancellations will be accepted in the weekend.

In principle, all categories are played in groups/round robin, so you play at least 2 matches per category. Finals will be played in all categories, including those where there was only one group.

Match format/tournament schedule: Finals will be played on Sunday and possibly Saturday. Final matches will be played as "normal" matches of best of 3 sets, with a full third set, in both singles, doubles and mix. All other matches (group matches, semi-finals) will be played as follows: matches start on the hour and last for one hour (maximum 5 minutes of play-in time). A bell sounds on the hour. The number of games won determines the result of the match. A game not completed by the time the bell sounds does not count. Wins in the pools are determined in the following order: (i) most points (2 points for a win, 1 for a draw, 0 for a loss); (ii) most games won; (iii) head-to-head result; (iv) extra super-tiebreak to be played.

In case of rain, games will be played (partly) indoors, with an adapted programme and possibly adapted rules (to be determined by the referees), such as shortened matches and/or deciding point at deuce.

Cost of participation (1 or 2 categories): for members €12.50, former members or special friends €17.50. Payment for members via direct debit (money will be collected automatically from your account); former members and special friends will transfer the amount of €17.50 for participation themselves to the account of Smashing Pink, NL17INGB0007013396. If the amount has not been credited to the account of Smashing Pink by 12 noon on 7 August 2023, participation will be cancelled.

In all cases not provided for in the regulations, the referees (Jelly and Sytze) will decide.
